DAY 4 & 5
Day 4-5: I must admit that I am starving by day 5 (today), but I’ve lost 5 pounds in only 5 days. Yep, that’s right—5 full pounds! I feel amazing too. I find it interesting that I am waking up with so much energy. This morning I went for a 20 minute run at 7 a.m., I know that doesn’t sound like a lot, but honestly I’m not a runner but at least it’s something.
I really want to stop the juice tonight because I’m not sure I could go another day without eating anything. The editor in ELLE magazine could only do it for 4 days and she lost 6 pounds. Seems like she must have been much more active than I have been and that’s ok because everyone’s body is different.
If I do plan to eat today, I will stick to the diet that is suppose to be followed of fresh orange juice, and broth with carrots and celery. I am nervous to eat though because I don’t want to gain any weight back on and because of what my bathroom experiences might be like…YIKES!
